This document is an official offer (public offer) from Nikita Titov (hereinafter referred to as the “Executor”) to an individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of informational and consulting services (educational products) under the terms outlined below. Payment by the Customer for any aiprosto product is considered full and unconditional acceptance of the offer.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Executor provides the Customer access to the selected product — a set of video lessons and accompanying materials available in the personal account on the aiprosto website. The Customer pays the cost of the selected product.

2. Products and Pricing

The current list of products and prices is available on the website. Prices are valid at the time of payment.

3. Payment and Access Procedure

• Payment is made by the methods specified in the Telegram chat with the Executor: @neo_titov.
• Access to the product is granted within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
• The access period for each product is indicated in the personal account and may vary for different products.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund Terms. Refunds are possible within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the conditions outlined below are met.
• Refund Condition.Refunds are only made if the Customer has not opened access to the Personal Account — that is, has not clicked on the unique access link (magic link) sent to the email address provided at payment. Clicking on the access link and/or downloading any file from the Personal Account means actual receipt of digital content, and in accordance with Article 26.1 of the RF Law “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Article 502 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, refunds are not made after access is granted.
• Technical Failure.If the Customer has not received the access link within 24 hours after payment — send a request to email: support@aiprosto.ru or via Telegram: @neo_titov. In the case of a confirmed technical failure on the part of the Executor, a refund will be made unconditionally.
• Contact Procedure.A refund request should be sent to email support@aiprosto.ru, indicating the purchase email address and order number. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for payment within 10 working days from the confirmation of the request. The Lava.top payment system fee is deducted from the refund amount.
• Awareness of Choice.Before payment, the Customer reviewed the product description, library composition, and access conditions on the page aiprosto.vercel.app/skills.

5. Rights and Obligations

The Executor undertakes to:

• Provide the Customer access to the paid product within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure the functionality of the personal account.

The Customer undertakes to:

• Pay for the product in accordance with the terms.
• Not to share access, materials, and links with third parties.
• Not to distribute or replicate course materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All product materials (videos, texts, presentations) are the intellectual property of the Executor. Any copying, publication, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

7. Liability

The Executor does not guarantee specific results from the use of materials, as the outcome depends on the actions of the Customer. The Executor is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of third-party services (YouTube, Google Drive, RuTube, etc.).

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If not possible — in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
